I sought out Umbuzo because I wanted a quality, real wood desk- not the mass produced mdf stuff all over Amazon- something strong and natural you could feel connected to. And ideally I wanted one responsibly produced from a company I could be proud to support. Not only did I get all that here, but more than that- man this desk is so gorgeous! It’s just beautiful- I LOVE it! The teal is rich, the surface is smooth, the variations are intriguing, it’s sturdy, was easy to put together… it’s all just perfect. Everything I could want. I wrote in with questions before I bought and everything was quickly and conscientiously answered. My husband bought 2 desks from Umbuzo years ago and was also very happy. Now I’ve got mine, too. While the initial product arrived damaged (by no fault of the seller), they immediately went out of their way to make things right. A few weeks later, the replacement arrived, better than I could have dreamed of. Assembly was a breeze, and every bit as stunning as pictured. Would definitely purchase again!
