I love the benches. However, there were three dents and chips when we opened them. I did hear Fed Ex deliver them and they were very rough in throwing them on our driveway. My husband put stain to cover the chips and the dents are not awful..just roughly delivered. You
Initially, we were a bit nervous ordering the bench online without seeing it in person - the bench, however, turned out to be perfect for our front hall. It was easy to install the legs, the quality was great, very solid, and the colour was what we expected.
