This beautifully handcrafted wood desk is made with repurposed joined lumber and carved to resemble a live edge slab. Finished to a dark walnut color as standard, we apply several coats of water based polyacrylic for a smooth sheen. To select a custom color, simply leave a note at checkout.

All UMBUZÖ wood items are tested to be lead and toxic free.

Please select your size from the variations menu. Comes with "U" legs as shown.

PLEASE NOTE: Table top and legs are shipped separately, basic assembly is required. As this is a multi part shipment, some packages may arrive a day or two earlier than others. Since this item is made with reclaimed wood there is a possibility that the seam may appear to show a settling crack on arrival or a few weeks after delivery. This is normal and non-structural. We will provide a free repair kit to fill any minor cracks in the seam. Markings for suggested leg placement will be present, but this item is NOT pre-drilled. Pre-drilling is not suggested or necessary. Due to this being a solid wood product, a power tool for secure attachment is always recommended.

Great desk

Well built and good looking desk. The desk has little details that give it character and feel nice - I like the live edge a lot. It looks pretty much like the photo. Customer service was great as well.

Two small suggestions I would make:

1. Provide felt pads with the desk: I got the hairpin legs and they were a little unstable with only the plastic leg covers. Adding felt pads was an easy and quick fix.

2. Add threaded inserts - It would be nice to be able to disassemble and reassemble the desk easily. Screwing in the holes wasn't too difficult however.

Thanks for a great desk Umbuzo!
